What is soy wax?
Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated.
Why do we choose to make our candles from soy wax?
Candles made from soy are cleaner burning, longer lasting, contain no toxins and are less likely to trigger allergies. Soy wax is renewable, provides superb scent throw and is easily cleaned up. All of our candles come in a reusable glass jar that can easily be cleaned and repurposed.

Candle Care Instructions:
- The first time you burn your new soy candle please make sure to burn long enough so the whole top becomes liquid wax (right to the edges!)
- The best way to put out the flame on your candle is to dip your wick into the melted wax. This preps the wick for the next burn and decreases any smoke or after burn, preserving the fragrance of your space
- Before relighting your candle, always be sure to trim your wick to 1/8". This will ensure a longer and cleaner burn and keep the flame under control
- Never leave your candle unattended
