What is soy wax?
Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated.
Why do we choose to make our candles from soy wax?
Candles made from soy are cleaner burning, longer lasting, contain no toxins and are less likely to trigger allergies. Soy wax is renewable, provides superb scent throw and is easily cleaned up.
Note: Each concrete item is individually hand-mixed, poured and sealed. There will be slight variations in colour, finish, and surface texture.
